Alright, I think everyone has had 1.1.3 for some time now. The question is.. Is it worth staying with 1.1.3?

Personally, the only problems I've encountered are with iPhysics (levelpacks don't show up and attempting to turn off the phone while its open results in a freeze and reboot to recovery mode that is only fixable with independence).
My final verdict is this: If you are an official customer (not unlocked), you can solve most of the problems by having the correct 1.1.3 BB as well and it is definitely worth it. If you can't have that BB for whatever reason, you are going to want to wait for a more polished solution.

i'm over the 3rd party games and most apps now.. the idea of playing nes and gba just makes me think my touchscreen will die young..
as long as bsd/finder/ssh/terminal work (alongside stable OEM phone functions), i am fine.

no its not worth it because its not stable.
once i updated to 113 with all my stuff already loaded, meaning i did not uninstall anything, i just upgraded to 113 and a few days pass, bam i get the recovery mode screen
then the next time i restore to 111 then jailbreak go to 112, unlock it then go to 113, now this is with no extras installed, pretty clean, bam, recovery mode again.
i have a 111 OTB

Is there a tutorial somewhere on this? Just thought I'd ask before I do some google searching incase someone has a better tutorial.
I don't want to turn this into a 1.1.3 help section, since there's one already, but am just curious.

Yeah, you just upgrade to 1.1.3 officially, then do the downgrade to 1.1.1, but don't run the BB downgrader. Everything is the same from there. Note that you will get incorrect sim error messages in 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, that's normal.

A week ago I'd of said go for it with 1.1.3 update
Now with the expected full dev JB around the corner I'd say wait a bit longer
But I suppose staying with the current JB all depends on your level of experience working the iphone jailbreaking process.
