DON'T UPGRADE TO 1.1.3 if you liek a still working hacked phone. It will break any possibility to downgrade your device and won't work!

upgraded my jailbroken o2 iphone, phone works fine, all the apps are gone (dont know if physiclly havent tried ssh yet) but phone works

I have 1.1.2 Jail broken(OOB) , Can I update to 1.1.3 with out the phone get locked ?

1- should I activate it again ?
2- Can I install 3rd party software ?

if yours is on an o2 contract you wont need to reactivate, no 3rd party apps can be installed,

i cant ssh in, so i cant see if the already installed apps are still there, but like with the nate video, my phone still has custom carrier

if you cant live without 1 of your custom apps (im gona miss solitare) then dont upgrade to 1.1.3, if on the other hand you really want the new features (i semi-need hybrid and cell-location) upgrade

everyones best option is if you have a jailbroken file wait for the devteam to get around to breaking it, or wait till febuary (if the SDK does get released then)

I have an unlocked 1.1.2 with a 3.9 boot loader and I updated to iTunes 7.6 synced it and all is working fine and no harm done.
