Default [1.1.3] very werid problem and i cant find the answer to fix it help?

i recently decided to use the terminal method instead of the devteam gui method to upgrade my iphone since it gets stuck at 100% :/. After i jailbroke it i found that mail works, ringtone works, and my cell service stays unlocked even when i didnt replace the lockdownd folder(file?) but sadly the itunes store preview doesnt work, ssh seems to be gone, and installer app seems to be broken because i cant uninstall or reinstall or install anything at all for that matter....any way that DOESNT involve me restoring it? since it took a awful long time for a noob like me to understand how to use the terminal method and it took while to download the restore file :/

..those would be all the caveats of the soft jail break. the good news is that you can no jail break any version without downgrading using ziphone.
