    I can't get this to work in Norway. All my contacts are stored with +47 in front of them.

    When people call we get an 8-digit number. When we get an SMS it's the same 8 digits but with +47 in front. SMS works fine, but the call list doesn't.

    This is what I have:
    // Norway [no]
    no 47 00 - ## ########

    Don't you mean 10-digit number? Last time I checked 2 + 8 was 10.

    The "no 47 00 - ## ########" template is for a 2-digit area code with an 8-digit subscriber number. The origin of this template is http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showpost.php?p=123886 and now that I (re-)read the post I see that it is faulty. The template should be "no 47 00 - - ########".

    National Prefix for Norway, 2 because I use +47 when calling to a foren country (47 is 2 chars) and the last 8 because when I call I need to enter 8 digits ... WRONG

    and for sms when someone send me a sms i get a number like this +55 19 8888-8888, but to send a sms i need to type like this 021 19 8888-8888
