Is the AppSupport supposed to change the formats in your Contact List? If so, it ain't working for me and I've done everything right. If not, how do I change it? I've tried changing the UIPhoneFormats.plist but it's not having any effect on 1.1.3

Should work. Try running following commands and compare your output to mine.

    # Framework AppSupport decompo*******Number 09894512345 in
    1,"91","0","98945","12345"
    # Framework AppSupport decompo*******Number +919894512345 in
    1,"91","","98945","12345"

Read my post again. You need to execute the Framework binary, not the AppSupport framework. The Framework binary is on my homepage.
