ok sorry about the incorrect posting before =(

ok so i installed hwpen and then decided that i didn't need it anymore so then i uninstalled it. my phone restarted and then the apple logo shows up and nothing more.

i decided to do a restore and now its stuck on the restore mode screen and every time i try to restore, itunes gives me an error (1) and error (1604). HELP =((

anywhoo i don't know what to do. i tried dfu mode (i think it was dfu mode) and then itunes still gave me an error =\ anybody?

and i can't use ssh kuz its stuck on the restore screen =\?

I renamed and moved your post in the general section as your issue is not hwpen (native software) anymore.

Your issue is related to the infamous "1604" error in iTunes when restoring.

Use the forum search (google field accessible at the top center when you click "new posts")

I'm not a tech whiz like most people here,but i can say for experience that the only way i could resolve that problem was by going onto another computer (friends Dell),and it worked smoothly in it,,,,why? no clue whatsoever...

Keep in mind that before doing that,i tried every method possible discussed on the internet to try and solve it o_0
