Hello, I have been looking for advice on the site and have been unsuccessful in finding any answers. So sorry if it may have been answered.

I bought a 16GB(113otb) UK iphone, and decided to activate it, with the idea of cancelling the contract within a few days. I unlocked/jailbroke it with Ziphone and put my orange sim in, and after rebooting, to my surprise, I had to activate it again!

Is there any point in activating via Ziphone, since I legally activated it? and what are the consequences of doing that

Also where does this leave me in terms of warranty?
