You are not missing anything. Typically, people believe the simplest solution simply wont work and go for more complicated solution. Thats the same scenario here. Everyone believe that the solution is so simple it cant be the answer so they make up a more complicated solution.

It's all fine that dev team finally releases their JB but my thought is
if you used Nate's and your iphone is running properly...
why go thru the hassle again for the exact same performance and functionality.
if only to do it for fun.
save your energies for the next apple update.

And think about it... dev team is STILL holding back the original JB until after SDK release.
if that is the best, you gonna JB again for a third time to get that one in?

I say if you have it jb and working fine, leave it.
