1.1.3 Movie Rentals
hi! my phone is on 1.1.3 with the dev team jailbreak and is on the 1.1.3 baseband of 4.03.13. I had imagined that with the new baseband the movies would be able to sync. Can someone prove me wrong?

I got the 1.1.3-baseband and Nate's 1.1.3 soft upgrade, but still no sync with rented movies. :-(

dev jb 1.1.3-3 + new baseband = no luck: movie is send to the iphone but in the end an error message is coming up saying that the iTunes store couldn't be connected.

I've been having the same problem.... Originally used Nate's JB, and in fact at first had issues with any purchased content when coming from v1.1.1->v1.1.3. Redid Nate's JB from v1.1.2->v1.1.3 and all purchased content was fine except rentals.
This past weekend, I went through the whole process from scratch again with the official Dev Team JB, and even upgraded the BB to v04.03.13_G, but still no joy on transferring movie rentals. Same issues as described above... The movie transfers, and then iTunes complains about not being able to connect to the iTunes Store.
For the record, rentals transfer just fine to my iPod classic, iPod nano, non-JB iPod touch, and even the iPhone when I did a "clean" restore to v1.1.3 native (non-JB). It seems there's something in the JB process.
I even tried cleaning out the /var/root/Library/Lockdown folder, putting the stock (non-patched) lockdownd back in place and activating with my valid AT&T SIM card via iTunes. Rentals still do not work even in this configuration, so I don't think it has anything to do with the patched lockdownd or the bypassing of the normal activation process.
At this point, support for movie rentals appears to be the only outstanding issue I'm having with my v1.1.3. Even the Google Maps location feature now works just fine with the 04.03.13_G baseband.

lol. Should have been "can."
Prior to this jb I could never get a movie to transfer with either of the previous jb methods (dev team and Nate's). But with Ziphone they do transfer.

That is just awesome to hear, it could mean that Nikita is completely intact after this. Plus, I was talking on another forum about how exhaustive soft updating to 1.1.3 is... ZiPhone's process was the quickest jailbreak process that I remember doing. I wanted this so badly...
I'm happy someone put it out there, regardless of the accusations about it...

Guys, i can also confirm that it works:
I had a 1.1.3 DEV Team JB and made last week the Baseband upgrade to 1.1.3, then it still didn't worked. Today i tested it with the new zipphone JB and then moved Superbad to the iPhone - worked perfectly!
