Currently Im running 1.1.3, everything done with ZiPhone, and almost all my calls get dropped, sometimes as early as 4 minutes into the call, very annoying... I noticed on the Apple boards that many official US AT&T users are having this problem, and it only started after 1.1.3, just like me. Ergo it must be a problem with the baseband or firmware, not the unlocking/activating.

I was wondering first of all, if it is possible to unlock the new BB and if it is, has anyone noticed their call not getting dropped anymore?

That was a big concern of mine as well. It appears to have fixed it. I've been running it for 2 days now and not 1 dropped call. I don't think the call dropping was a problem with the unlocked phones, more so with Apples 1.1.3 firmware. I overheard an Apple Genius in the store state 1.1.4 was only supposed to fix a LOT of bugs.

Ok good, how did you do the upgrade? ZiPhone 2.5 is supposed to be coming out within minutes according to the blog so I would assume that it would do the whole 1.1.4 thing, but did you upgrade the Baseband as well? If so how did you unlock it?

I restored to 1.1.4 in iTunes and used the modified ziPhone 2.4 to jb and activate. I used iClarifieds 1.1.4 installer app to unlock
