    Default [1.1.3 (1.1.3 OTB)] Can't setup time/timezone

The problem I've got is really annoying and should be common for many users but I could not find any related post or solution.
I've got iPhone with timezone configured to St Petersburg Russia (that is GMT+3), properly set time and "Set time and clock automatically" feature off. The time shown on top of springboard is correct. But when I open World Clock app and add my location (St Petersburg) it shows incorrect time - 3 hours later. That is, 4PM instead of 1PM. Very odd and discouraging, I must say. I played with time/date settings, turned "Set time and clock automatically" on and off, rebooted. Nothing helps.

This happens with 2 my 1.1.2OTB devices, unlocked and upgraded to 1.1.3.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    EDIT
Thread title is incorrect, devices came with 1.1.2OTB

    Ok I think i've found a solution at http://discussions.apple.com/thread....08641&#6408641
but I'm afraid I can't follow it coz otherwise I'm risking to get stuck with 1.1.3 + locked 4.03.13BB... Will have to wait for jailbroken 1.1.4

    5. Change Time to the local time
    6. Reboot
    7. Checked iClock - Time correct
    8. Settings/General/Date&Time
    9. REselect Automatic
Seems to work fine now ;-)
