Discuss [1.1.3[1.1.2 OTB]] Cannot get phone into DFU mode at the General - Hackint0sh.org; I have tried many ways but never get the connect to iTunes screen. Any ideas?...

    I have tried many ways but never get the connect to iTunes screen. Any ideas?


    iPhone "2G" - 3.1.3 - Jailbroken + iPhoDroid
    iPhone 4 - 4.0.2 - Not jailbroken (yet)

    Nevermind, for some reason when I do it the connect to iTunes screen doesnt show up... Dunno why though?

    DFU is slightly different from Restore

    get into restore first by
    Plugin your USB cord
    Turn off your phone
    Hold power + home for 10 sec
    Once you see apple logo, release Power,
    hold home until Connect to itunes comes up
    Once it comes up, use ibrikr to DOWNGRADE TO 1.0.2 (entering dfu)

    Screen turns WHITE
