    Unhappy [1.1.3(1.1.1 OTB)][Weak Battery]Weaker battery after update

After Running the update and installing 1.1.3 and unlocking with ziPhone, The battery has become alot weaker. I have not installed SSH or any major things (i dont think Summerboard does much). I can't think of reasons why. The battery now lasts about 5-6 hours max. Any ideas? any help is appreciated.

The clockspeed of the iPhone CPU has been increased by almost 100Mhz in the 1.1.3 update.

This will lower the battery life by a fair bit - however, 5 - 6 hours, what the fuck?

DogGunn the CPU is at ~500Mhz now?

maybe attempt to do a DFU 1.1.3 restore, i whent from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 and i suppose the battery lasts a bit less but hardly noticable. i do however find that the ipod function seems to use more power now, general stand by seems unchanged.

Any ideas of what the best way of going into dfu mode? i had the hardest time with it before ( i know its Home+power buton for 10 sec, -power after 5 sec). but it seems to be different in 1.1.3.

Would the new Independence Beta do that properly>?

try using ziphone to get into it or dfu.exe (they do the same thing, just pick your poison)
