I used to have a working iphone 1.1.2 OTB, which I hacked via the method on
www.hackthatphone.com (via a prog called touchfree or 1.1.2-jailbreak. I also had quite a few apps (iPhysics, Books, loads a games, Ants,
Guitar Tuner, Metronome, etc.) and minor adjustments (ipod Touch springboard, fire battery, etc.)
This all worked perfectly until this afternoon. I was walking home from uni and all of a sudden I had the White Screen of Death.

It somehow hasn't crashed my iphone. If I mute the sound, I feel the phone vibrate and if I keep the off button pressed and then
swipe the screen where the "Turn off " slider normally is it still turns off.
It's just that the screen will remain COMPLETELY white (I read on this forum of cases with the carrier logo still displaying...)

I've restored the phone via iTunes (after putting it in DFU mode with ZiPhone) and when that didn't solve the problem I kinda started to freak out.
So I tried hacking the thing with ZiPhone GUI and that also didn't fix the white screen problem!

I'm Dutch, so I don't think I can send the iPhone back to Apple (If I can, HOW?)
and I just have the thing for a month, so I'm not too happy.
Also, I'm a student who can't afford another phone (Saved for this one for almost half a year).

Could anyone please help me? I'll do all your physics homework for the rest of your life ;)
