[1.1.2 OTB] Upgrade to 1.1.3 question

Got a 1.1.2 Unlocked phone and i don't mind upgrading it to 1.1.3.
My question is, how can I upgrade without loosing contacts, notes, icons, etc.?

Is that even possible?

Dude just upgrade from itunes 7.6.
