[1.1.2 OTB] [problems] Restore
Guys I'm actually near tears I've had a functioning 1.1.2otb w46 jailbroken to 1.1.1 for quite a few months and as you can imagine when i saw s/w unlock i was amazed, I used iCalrified. However I kept getting "error" trying to find a carrier and obviously it couldnt geta signal, even though iWorld was set correctly. I followed what this guy did: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...&postcount=555
Problem is I cant get it out of 1.1.3 after itunes automatically restored it, when I do try to downgrade it to 1.1.1 I get error (1) cant restore, I've put the phone in restore mode but it makes no difference. This is genuinely heart breaking as I've usually followed everything to a tee. Any help is massively appreciated in advance.

hi
i had this problem myself today on my new 1.1.3 phone and here is how i solved it.
when in restore mode open ibrickr, it ll detect ur phone and want to downgrade to 1.0.2 do it. In order to do that it ll put the phone in DFU mode. This is important it must be in DFU mode otherwise you cant restore. After its done. Phone wont boot, restart ibrickr and try to kick it out of restore mode, it ll fail the screen will show green color indicating that you ll need to restore now. Close ibrickr. Open itunes and restore, i chose 1.1.1. After its done it ll give the usual 1015 error. Next open ibrickr again and try kick iphone out of restore mode, this time it shold work. Good luck.
