Hey gang,

I have a week 48-USA, OTB 1.1.2. I had previously jail broken it to 1.1.1 and then upgraded back to 1.1.2. I realized that I had forgotten to install OktoPrep today once my Stealthsim had arrived.

I decided to "restore to original" and follow the instructions for Mac on how to JailBreak again from www.iClarified.com. It doesn't seem to be working. I am also not getting Independence to launch properly after holding the home and power buttons as directed.

I am now getting a message which states, ipod "ipod" could not be restored. error occurred (1601). The phone now just shows the 3 various languages on the home screen

Does anyone know what this is and why it is happening, and how to fix it?
