is there any reason, why apple don't provide 1.1.2 via iTunes automatic?

I am located in germany, and when I press "check for updates" it says, I am running the latest version 1.1.1 (US iphone).

its really not as difficult to get on your phone as it may seem. On safari under preferences just unclick the "automatically open safe downloads" tab. When it downloads it'll be "ispw.zip" just remove the .zip and it'll turn into that lego cube (I'm on a mac btw) then hit "restore" while holding the "option" key and choose the file. And "Boom". Without a problem. I really just did it for the Italian support and my free custom ringtones. Some "conspiracy theorists" say that the ringtones is why the update is being delayed through iTunes. Remember how fast they went from 7.4 to 7.4.1 when they figured out we knew about the ringtones deal. A matter of hours. So maybe theyre plugging that back up.
