Please help. I want to try activate hidden Time Zone (Belarus, Minsk +2). When i brose on my phone i found files for my Time Zone, but i don't know how ta activate it. Can anyone tell how do it?
And if it possible how to add New Regional Format?

Add

<array>

<string>13</string>
<string>Europe/Minsk</string>

<string>Minsk</string>
<string>Belarus</string>
</array>

to

/System/Library/Frameworks/AppSupport.framework/all_cities_adj.plist

and you will be able to search/select "minsk".
