    Default 1.1.1 upgrading to 1.1.2

I have a 1.1.1 iPhone with the 04.01.13_G baseband, and I wanted to upgrade to 1.1.2 for the future 1.1.3 upgrade. Now I was wondering, if I upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbreak it..will I need to have a turbo/hyper/whateverSIM to be able to use 1.1.2?

I tried finding a guide/tutorial but all google comes up with is downgrading from 1.1.2.

You should be able to unlock your phone via AnySIM on 1.1.2. No need for a *SIM.

    Worked great! Thanks!

I had actually forgot to install Oktoprep before shift+upgrading so had to downgrade again. Ran the anySIM for the 4.02.13 baseband on 1.1.1..installed Oktoprep, shift+upgraded and only had to jailbreak. Phone was already activated/unlocked!
