Default [1.1.1 OTB] Apple store not allow to change the new iphone

1.1.1 OTB with hardware fault from the manufacturer, camera doesn't work and iphone always deep sleep.

after went to apple store, they do not allow to change the new one with the reason that I didn't register with att&t, so any idea to get the new one with low cost of number register or any idea to change the new one with great reason.

actually I got plan that register with att&t and cancel it later, but I don't know about cost. is that expensive?

why would you register a faulty phone? That's total BS. Go back and demand satisfaction. I assume there is no time limit in which you must activate the phone?

It's not going to cost you a thing if you cancel your AT&T contract after 14 days but before 30 days. The termination fee of $175 will be waived. That's what I did when my touchscreen went dead and I had to get it replaced.
