Same here on 1.0.2. Ringtone volume remains low, just the keyboard-click-sound increased which is rather annoying. Will replace my org files again.

low audio volume?? seriously?? i can understand maybe the speakers(but they arent boombox speakers).. but headphones?? i dont go over half way volume with headphones. this is crazy.. i suggest buying new earphones first and changing max/default volume on itunes for your iphone music second and thirdly make sure auto volume adjustment is turned off.

wow crazy.. you guys are gonna go deaf..

When my phone had 1.0.2 installed, this fix worked. It really helped raising the volume. But it doesn't seem to work for 1.1.1
I wonder if updating to 1.1.2 will fix this issue

you can do it with WinSCP or from local terminal, search the forums for a guide :p

anyway i have 1.1.3 dev jb, this trick method works but the "Cellular speaker" is still too low, maybe we need to modify some specific value just for the "Cellular speaker", the one on top of the iPhone

    1.1.1

With the iPod rather than me sitting around the 85%-90% mark of the volume control, I'm now near the 65%-70% mark. AWESOME!

Kinda curious how much of a bump % the increase was? After looking through the plists looks like that may be kinda hard to figure out.

I think the speaker phone went up as well but couldn't hear as big as an increase as with the iPod.

Phone call volume appears to have gone up a click or two but is hard to be sure without another non modded phone side by side. I personally would appreciate a volume increase with calls.

    Thanks for sharing.
