1.0.2 stuck on apple logo with loading circle after replacing CoreTelephony
I've tried to update CoreTelephony. The fix worked, but then suddenly phone crashed and now after reboot it stucks on apple logo, and then the loading circle stays on screen, animation for several seconds and then freezes. Since I have the copy of original CoreTelephony for my 1.0.2, my question is : is there any method to access phone being in this state? I've tried ssh/winscp, but it does not work (though I have working wifi and openssh installed and working on the phone, but I believe those are not turned on at phone start).
Some iphone file manager? iphuc? I just need to change the name of one directory (well, I hope so). Any help would be appreciated.
In case I am forced to restore - I have anySIM 1.0.2 unlocked phone (but not virginized). Is restoring from 1.0.2 to 1.0.2 safe in this situation?
What personal data I am loosing after restore?

Solved : connected phone to dock, used iPhoneList for Windows and was able to access files. Remember to have backup on both phone and computer of whatever you're changing. You can probably use any other file manager, if you have jailbroken phone (iDemocracy, iBrickr, iPhoneList, iPhoneBrowser).
