Default [SwirlyMMS] Does it work on AT&T network ?

I know this thread has been passed around as much as Ziphone...
with the dissapointment of 3g lack of MMS.. I can wait no longer...

From what I gather there is some that have it working.... Could someone confirm this for me?

I have a Sony Ericson with water damage that sorta works.
Let me see if I have this straight..
Change IMEI to other phone (Do I need swirly fake phone?)
Call AT&T, have then drop the iPhone package and change phone (IMEI), go unlimited text/mms and maybe data...
I Lose Visual Voicemail... Do I lose You Tube? or other apps? im thinking of going unlimited data so I get basically the same features but will gladly trade VV for MMS.
I also understand to get iTunes workablem you need to change the IMEI back for syncs.
Does using a dreaded Ziphone tool just for the IMEI change harmful or potentially harmful in any way?
and, Will AT&T see am "excessive" data use for a non-smartphone/PDA?

I tried the phone call to add pay per mms but was denied cause of iphone package...

This is my next option and close to trying
Thank You for verifing this for me

if you have AT&T its the actual service thats blocking your MMS....if AT&T knows you have a iPhone then you wont receive MMS messages its not Swirly...
    4GB iPhone [Unlocked/Jailbroken (QuickPwn)] & 8GB iPhone 3G [Jailbroken (QuickPwn)]
    Firmware: 2.2, 04.05.04_G Baseband (2G) & 02.28.00
Standard Apps, 3rd Party Apps, & AppStore Apps All working
    Carrier: T-Mobile USA (1st Gen) AT&T (3G)

<-------------- Thumbs up if this helped!!!

telling them u have a different phone won't work either bc as soon as u make a call or send a txt msg or even use any data feature on the iPhone it gets recorded to AT&T immediately so they can charge u accordingly....they ALWAYS know what phone u have....every phone company does...I'm with T-Mobile and on the net under mytmobile I put that I had a Wing n called to ask them something about my service one day.....after they took all my info to verify my account they knew I had an iPhone even tho the website said I had a Wing and the IMEI was the Wing's....
