    Default [Springboard] Stuck at the spinning wheel

    i need some help about this please. everytime that i restart my iphone it doesnt react to anything. i tried calling it but you couldnt answer a damn call. springboard isnt responsive at all. its like spinning wheel of death but at least you got into the sprinboard and not in the apple logo. any ideas about this?! other than restoring it back to 1.1.4. thanks!

    I had the same problem a long time ago... And didn't know what caused the problem... But I backed up the phone (USB + iPhone PC Suite will work!) then restored to 1.1.4, and restored the data back using SSH.

    Everything was back, SMS/Notes/Prefs/Apps/Settings and even Wallpaper and Icon arrangement !

    I guess its the easy way out !

    Hi, have you ever plugged it into a 3rd party charger or adapter or any kind, like a clock radio or car kit. it sounds like you could have damaged your logic board, mine kept doing the same, sometimes it would be ok for days then suddenly for a 2-5 hour period it would freeze or when you pressed the home button or the sleep/wake button you just get a black screen. if you get the same then it is most probably the logic board i'm afraid.
