Default [SMS] receive time is wrong

I'm on PST and have noticed that all the text messages I get show the receive time wrong. For example If I receive a text at 7:45pm Nov 16, it'll show 11:45am Nov 16. I've set all the time locations to Vancouver, Canada in settings. Am I missing something really simple?

    Thanks in advance.

Same here. But only when SMS comes from a text based sender. Others are fine.

What exactly do you mean by text based sender?

Unfortunately changing the city to a different one messes up the calender schedules. At least now I know that I'm not the only one with this problem.
