    it seems siphon 1.2 doesn't support firmware 1.1.4. An error message pops up when tapping "SIP". It says connection error, verify your account and parameters.

    no, i am not. but it works on firmware 1.1.3 even if you set sip server as any other providers, like Freecall, Voipdiscount.

    Is there a package.. to download? Where can I find the 1.2 version? are there any recommended sip providers? I can't get mine working from switzerland with the siphon version from the touchmods rep.

    the source code can not be compiled to a working version because of missing sound. The downloadlink for the libraries is wrong, it must be http://pjsip.org

    Compilation
    ===========

    PJSIP
    =====
    To compile Siphon, you need headers and static libraries of pjsip.
    You can download on http://psjip.org/
    For the momennt, I don't release the media layer for ipod and iphone, so you
    need to configure with this line :
    ./aconfigure --host=arm-apple-darwin --disable-speex-codec \
    --disable-speex-aec --disable-sound

    Like that, the media layer uses null sound. So you will be able to compile
    Siphon, but you won't be able to talk and hear your callee.

    I will release the media layer for ipod in 2 weeks (I'm going to ski)
