    Default [Release ] iSlsk v1.0b (a P2P Soulseek Client) - available on Cydia/Installer!

iSlsk is a soulseek client for the iPhone/iPod Touch.

Soulseek is a well known P2P file sharing network similar to others like gnutella (limewire), eMule, Ares and BitTorrent.

    Key features:
    - Connecting to the soulseek network using your Wi-Fi enabled iPod/iPhone
    - File searching
    - Downloading files from peers
    - Background mode, so you can keep using your iPod/iPhone and run other applications while downloading music with iSlsk.
    - Ability to import downloaded audio files (mp3) into the internal music library, enabling your downloaded music to be played on the default Music Player application

AVAILABLE NOW ON BIGBOSS REPOSITORY! (both Cydia and Installer)

Note: There's some wrong icon within the package, for the "File Search" button
Until BigBoss is able to fix it on the repo, please manually fix it yourselves replacing search-up.png on "/Applications/iSlsk.app" folder with the one attached to this post.

No credit to me... I just searched around the internet. I found this post and that fixes the firewireGUID problem. You can move it into your mobilemediaplayer.app (iPod).

    http://iphonefreakz.com/2008/05/14/i...or-ipod-touch/

One problem comes up after that though. Maybe it has been addressed with Torrentula, MNPlight, or MyMedia. The song transfers beautifully into the iPod. When you sync your iPhone with iTunes it disappears from the iPhone, and of course does not sync back to iTunes. (By the way, I have automatic playlist syncing on, not manual).

Does anyone know how to fix that?

That's a good start. I'm looking at Mobile Finder now, anyone know how to use this thing in the Settings with a 10.5 Mac. It says File Synchronization.

It would great if all the downloaded songs could be stored in a separate folder (still readable on iPod), on a temporary playlist, and then wirelessly, or while syncing, it copies and then deletes the songs and playlist over to iTunes, where the playlist syncs back as a normal part of the library. Is there something like this already?

EDIT: Can someone make a playlist for this that works just like "Purchased on iTunes" or LimeWire Shared Music
