Default "reduceJPEG" file needed for Pericam App...

Anyone know where to get the reduceJPEG file needed to run the Pericam app?
    Info here: http://www.iamas.ac.jp/~aka/iphone/Pericam.html
I can't seem to find the correct file necessary (reduceJPEG) to finish installation (the link only points me to some other files...unless I'm missing something.)
If anyone knows of a Source or can PM me with it I would be highly appreciative!
    Thanks in advance!

Mkae sure to set permission to 0755.

If I remember correctly, I clicked on the file link for reduceJPG and the page opened as a bunch of "gibberish"...I then right clicked and hit "save page as" and for file type I chose "all files"... after downloading, this is the file I then dragged into the appropriate folder on the phone and set the permission to 0755 and all was great.
What I'd love to do now is figure out if its possible to have the camera take photos in increments FASTER than 1 minute apart ( 30 seconds or even 15 seconds would be great)... I'm sure that the code could be tweaked, I just have no idea how....
