Default [MobileMail][2.0][Solved] Exchange Push doesn't work!!

    Hey guys!

I upgraded yesterday my 1st generation iPhone to FW2.0 5a225c (using it with t-mobile). The reason fort he upgrade is because i really need exchange support!

The problem I am having is that my email doesnt arrive right away! I have to go into mail and then it will start downloading. The other thing is that when I go to mail, it starts downloading all the messages again!

any idea why? is it cause the FW is not the final release???

    Thanks for all the help!
    Moe.

What kind of email are you connecting too, is it a 'normal' exchange server? Are there any more details you can give us? How many other devices are connecting to your account and are they working etc.

I am experiencing the same thing, Exchange does not download E-Mail automatically. We run Exchange 2003 at the office, and it does support ActiveSync.

Guys, I figured out a solution and it turns out it is working perfectly

i changed the settings for the email and that solved it!

The settings that i changed where:

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts -> Calendar days to sync -> 1 Month ( i had it at "No Limit" before)

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts -> Mail days to sync -> 1 Month ( i had it at "No Limit" before)

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Mail -> Show -> 50 Recent Messages ( i had it at "200 Recent Messages" before)

That seemed to work great for me, I sent my self some emails at different times and they were getting pushed right away!

    Hope this is helpfull enought

    Regards,
    Moe
