I have found a BUG in the latest .2.2 version of SwirlyMMS (and I have still to make it work for me in Vodafone GR).

My internet APN is internet.vodafone.gr. I set this up in Settings-Network-Edge for internet use (EGDE/GPRS).

Now I go in SwirlyMMS. I set up MMSC, Proxy. When I set up the APN (mms.internet.net) and press save (go back) it ALSO CHANGES the internet APN!!! (and the MMS status icon at top right goes from grey to green - but if I try to send, it tries..... and then tells me it could not connect to the proxy). If I now go Settings-Network-Edge my internet APN has also changed to mms.internet.net, which it shouldn't it should remain at the original internet.vodafone.gr.

This results in neither GPRS nor MMS working. Nothing works...

    Please correct this.
    iPhone 4.0, Vodafone Greece.

Fuzzy could you please provide the log generated by the mms-app. It is found under ~/Library/MMSApp

One more thing regarding your problems: SwirlyMMS currently ONLY supports proxys that provide the proxy functionality via http. Some operators only provide wsp/wap proxys. Some operators have both wsp and http support. Normally this is provided via different ports. Typically 9201 for wsp and 8080 for http (but it can be other ports). It can theoritically be 9201 for both wsp and http since wsp is udp based and http is tcp based. Ask your operator about this!!!
