    Default iPhonePedia

I wanted to create a new thread since there are too many "wikipedia offline browser threads" now...
This one is about iPhonePedia, hosted at http://trac2.assembla.com/iPhonePedia/wiki

That's right, the one that supports full-text search, images and math notations

Latest release 0.95 brings following improvements:
    - Ability to concatenate all images in fewer large files to make copy to iphone more convenient
    - Images are now embedded in the HTML instead of called by subsequent http calls for better performance

Also, torrents for ready-made data files are available on http://trac2.assembla.com/iPhonePedia/wiki/DataFiles
(only de, fr, en, it, es, pl, nl at the moment, without images or math, but feel free to request some, it will help me prioritize the manual upload work).

Hey kinglothar, is there another repo where bzip for the iPhone is available? Because I can't find it in Shai's repo. I think that's why article.php always show the error that he cannot find article 'article title'...
    Any advice!

And of course thx for this great app!

I think he meant bzip for you computer, not on your iphone. Kinglo posted the files you needed on his iphonepedia site, under instructions i believe

Ah yes, i see... But after installing the latest version, it tells me that no language directories could be found, but of course they are on the iPhone, on the correct location as mentioned in localconfig.php. Could it be that on 113, Apache doesn't have enough rights to open these files?

    Thanks!
