Let me be the first to say that this path is the kind of shit that gives good reason to locking down a phone.

I'd love to hear of the legitimate reasons that anyone would have for a keylogger on the iPhone.

Yeah... i don't see any real advantage to having this at all...

If it's YOUR phone... you really shouldn't need to monitor what YOU'RE doing... Besides... that kind of path is something that will lead into actual problems for the iPhone later on... i hope this kind of thing doesn't start happening...

Stop trying to spy on your significant other. If you have to resort to this then just end the relationship.

Outside of the moral reasoning this can fuck things up as folks will start deploying keyloggers remotely etc.

As I say, if you have to resort to this then better you end the relationship.

    Default Geez!

Why does everyone assume that when someone wants a keylogger they want to spy on their significant other!?!?! I can understand the reaction but I, for one, would LOVE to see an app such as this. I have two teenagers who continually send text messages and they have both recently been sending messages to a couple of boys who are known to be trouble makers. Just trying to be a good parent isn't always enough. Teenagers these days know how to exploit the electronic wonders of our world to it's fullest and in order to continue to be able to keep up with our kids we NEED things like keyloggers. I guess I agree with the entire sentiment of "if you have to resort to a keylogger then it's time to end the relationship". It's just a bad thing to do to someone and if you have to go so far as to spy on them then you are probably going to find out something you don't want to know anyways. Just my two cents.

You really think spying on your kids is good parenting? You may avoid some trouble in the short run, but you'll lose their trust forever.

Installing Cydia programs on a phone that has no internet connection: read this.

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
    * on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
    * on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).

I have to agree with toyanucci on this!
apple doesn't need keyloggers on it's phone's full stop!
one of the best things about apple products is
it's predominantly "spyware" free call it peace of mind!
no need to start now, if you want "spyware" why
not exchange their iphones for phones that have windows OS installed
as we all know the the sort of program your looking for is readily
available throughout the web for Windows Products.
