SNES might be doable but probably not GBA. They look similar but the GBA requires a lot more horsepower to emulate.

Are you using the NES emulator from the installer.app in-phone downloader service? I appreciate that work is being done on it for free, but in all honesty it barely works at all. It loads games, but the sound barely works and the gameplay is too choppy to be realistically playable.

I assume the iPhone is powerful enough to make NES or SNES work, but so far that hasn't happened, so it seems like jumping the gun to ask for a more advanced emulator when the original NES is still being worked out...

Is there a different emulator that you've found for NES that works better? or is there some special setting I should have activated to make my NES work properly?

*shrugs* It works fine for me, no modification, via installer.app. I've tested SMB3, Tetris, Bomberman, and more. Which isn't to say that it works perfectly-I always end up hitting the wrong part of the d-pad. But that's because of the touchscreen, not the software. Perhaps you need to update?

Or reboot the phone. Sometimes the audio is messed up because the audio chip is synced to the ipod which messes up the audio for NES. Rebooting fixes it.
