    I'd rather use a non-profit application, such as Capture, than using your 'tool'. Thank you very much though!

    I'd like to reiterate, it's not our tool, it's Apple's built in feature. All that our enabler does is sets the value of SBMobileScreenshotr setting in the com.apple.springboard.plist file to true.

    Regarding our other products... Believe it or not, there's plenty of free stuff that we make - including the CallData that's fairly popular (see the other thread) and the alternative keyboard that is used for a vast majority of other national keyboards.

    Cmon, he wants to create good software and support himself from it. What's wrong with that.

    OK, you've got two choices:

    Set screenshots to enabled, once and for all
    Edit ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.springboard.plist (here ~ is your 'home directory', either /var/root or /var/mobile depending on the firmware version). Just above the ending where it says
    Code:
    </dict>
    </plist>
    you add the new variable, so that it now says
    Code:
        <key>SBMobileScreenshotr</key>
        <true/>
    </dict>
    </plist>
    Make enabling/disabling screenshot part of the Settings menu
    Edit /System/Library/PreferenceBundles/MobileSlideShowSettings.bundle/Photos.plist. Just above the ending where it says
    Code:
        </array>
        <key>title</key>
        <string>Photos</string>
    </dict>
    </plist>
    you add a this new part (you can imagine what it looks like afterwards):
    Code:
            <dict>
                <key>cell</key>
                <string>PSGroupCell</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>Screenshots</string>
            </dict>
            <dict>
                <key>cell</key>
                <string>PSSwitchCell</string>
                <key>default</key>
                <integer>0</integer>
                <key>defaults</key>
                <string>com.apple.springboard</string>
                <key>key</key>
                <string>SBMobileScreenshotr</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>Enable screenshots</string>
            </dict>
    Then Settings... Photos has a new option to enable the built-in screenshot facility.

    I always keep RiP Dev in my source, so there's no way that I forgot to refresh as the Installer will refresh once every 24hours if you log in.

    The fact that it is based on other people's hard work? i.e. Jealbreaking, unlocking, installer, etc.

    If RiP Dev give away say 10% of their profit to the people who made it happen in the first place, I'd happily buy their products.

    That makes sense doesn't it?

    So if I understand this correctly the presence of the SBMobileScreenshotr variable has been known for a while, just not how to activate the actual screen snapping? That's pretty awesome, how did you figure that out?

    @slavikus То что делает РипДев сдесь..... www.iphones.ru Я предлагаю поменять домен на www.iphones.ripdev.ru так как там ПИАРЯТ продукты не подетски.... Давайте не будем засорять этот (едиственный пока что сайт) оставшийся не привратившийся в один из РипДева...
    Надеюсь поймёшь.
    P.S-Я не поддерживаю iphoneapss.ru по поводу Хака.
    @slavikus What RipDev does here..... and on www.iphones.ru and i think you would better change domain to www.iphones.ripdev.ru as you do a very powerful PR on people there.... Do not spam THIS site (The last one,which is remaining WITHOUT RipDEV PR)..
    Please,understand me.
