    Default google maps crashing!

    Not that i use it that much, but i like all things to be runnin perfectly. Yesterday i came across a prob... when i open google maps it just crashes. (i get booted rite to the springboard) .. I said ok maybe there is a lil permisions thing going on, fired up installer, installed google maps prep, soft restarted went back in again, installed google maps for 1.1.3 (which is my current fw btw). n bingo! it didnt help! i still got the same issue?????????? wut do i do?

    I've got the same problem with the Mail application.

    I think this is a problem with just about all iPhones (both jailbroken and non-jailbroken). I think anyone who uses Google Maps for long enough will find it crash, and then it will crash a little sooner the next time. Somebody has said that rebooting the phone (i.e. showing the silver apple logo) every once in a while will help with this problem. For me, it also affects Safari.

    hmm yeah i tried rebootin many times.. i still cant get it to work... i even deleted the app rebooted again.. installed it.. chmod'ed all the files inside of it. nothing man! n just when i finished upgradin my baseband so that i dont have to use navison everytime for the locate me feature to work.
    So besided the Mapps.app in the /Applications folder wut other files are involved with this program...... some in the framework? or maybe the cache is full or w.e.. i no it must be just a simple thing
