Default [Customize 2] Error Copying files...

I just got Customize 2.0 Beta 2 from Ste Packaging source and downloaded a bundle of different themes such as MacVision. Then I went to the main screen of Customize and selected "Customize Images/Sounds ---> System Images ---> Battery" and selected the MacVision theme and then the Blue battery picture appeared. When I selected the "Apply" button on the right-top corner, I got the following message:

    Copy Result
Encountered an error copying the files.

This error is displayed when I try to change any image like Main Slider, Power Slider, etc.

Any solution to this error ?

I would update to the latest beta of customize then reboot your iPhone, I assume that you have rebooted since installing customize, if not, that's probably the problem.

Latest version according to spicychicken.com is beta 5

    Peace,

    Dok

I had rebooted after Installation but anyways I am on Beta 2. So I will upgrade to Beta 8 (On STE Packaging) and will post back the status.

    Thanks for your reply !

    Ya Good you didn't !!!

I just restored my iPhone and Synced my data back with iTunes.

Will have to install all the apps again as I had taken a recent backup of apps with iBackup, but the RSA key of the phone is changed and iBackup does not connect now !!!

I must say that I'm sorry to hear that it bricked your phone. What exactly happened to it, I know you've restored now but hey, it could help someone else.

I had a few problems myself getting it functioning properly, but there is a good installation guide on the spicychicken/customize forums.

Don't let it put you off though, i love customize2.0

Well Beta 2 Worked fine (except changing System Images which gave the error I mentioned in the first post). And I thought if I upgrade to Beta 8, I would be able to change System images, so I upgraded ane Rebooted the iPhone..
And then, my iPhone got BRICKED !!!

    I think its a bug with Beta 8 !
