    Default Compiling for iPhone

I want to compile a little C command line application I just coded for my iPod touch. It's very simple, about 50 lines of code and helps you to keep up with the scores while playing card games
So, what do I have to do to get this little app running on a jailbroken iPod touch? I'm using a Windows XP PC.
