Unhappy Calendar app and Weather app missing

I installed the customize app and all I did was re-order the icons on the home page and for some reason now the calendar app and the weather app have disappeared. I un-installed Customize and no difference. It also messed with Summerboard so I uninstalled that too. Strange thing is, I re-installed it but now it doesn't show up on the home screen. From browsing the files with Cyberduck, the weather and calendar apps are still THERE, they're just not showing up. Any ideas?

When using Customize I also lost a couple of icons... I did not panic just restarted the phone and then opened Customize again - at the very bottom of the app icon list were the missing apps. I simply dragged them up into their original position and then clicked to ensure that the eye (i.e. show) icon was present. I then restarted and they were back. I know this is obvious but are you sure your missing applications are not at the bottom of the aforementioned list?

Well... mine has the same problem, but the missing icon is clock and Customize.
How to run customize without the icon?

    Thank you very much.

You install XLaunch via installer, launch Customize, turn both the Customize and clock icons back to visible and carry on with whatever it was you were doing...
