It's still there (using an upgraded 1.1.2 and TSIM with Vodafone)

The SMS overview is 1 hour ahead of the time contained inside the SMS which contains the correct local time.

This is a bug due to the SMS looking at the SIM time (GMT) vs the actual time on the phone... I fixed it by changing my location in time and date. Turn off automatic and time zone adjust and set your location to something else to compensate, for example, in montreal, (new york...) i set the time zone to something in iceland, and SMS time works well. You need to play around with different locales so that the phone will compensate for the time difference. You can test it out by sending yourself a text, and see which time is displayed on the main SMS screen (with the most recent SMS displayed, not the actual conversation page)...

I just tried what you said. It worked like a charm! I'm in Toronto so it's the same time zone. Thus using Reykjavik, Iceland as the time zone was good.

I've been using gthe same "fix" since 1.0.2 (currently on 1.1.2). I have found that its a trade-off though. It does fix the sms timestamp, but throws off the world clock and email times. I'm also on Rogers in Toronto, and have noticed that when I recieve a text from Rogers when a new voicemail comes in the time is also off even with the fix. Somehow it is reading the time correctly, meaning when I use my real timezone the voicemail text timestamp is correct and all others are wrong. When I change to GMT 0 timezone all my other SMS's are correct but the network txt is now off.

Hopefully this will get fixed eventually.
