No idea how hard this would be to make, just throwing it out there, but it would be awesome if it gets done , something like HistoryDL , where the app would go trough your youtube history, convert the video to mp4 and add it to your ipod videos library.

So you can show off your favorite vids with out having a connection, or even just for faster viewing....

what do you think?

LOL. Looks like years, probably never has.

You kind of can with a web app MxTube, MNPLight and the Safari download plugin. You have to set all MP4's to download, takes a little effort and knowledge of the iPhone file system to set up. Let me know if you're interested and I'll write it up.

i find those sites iffy , they dont always seem to work right or take forever, right now i`m using videora iphone converter, it`s doin a great job.

was wondering if the converting process could be done on the iphone itself, or does that require too much memory?

Another easy way would be to send the request to the MxTube, then a small app which parses the page and get the mp4 using wget.
