Ok, It is working now.
If you have firmware 1.0 and you dont have the activation_record.plist file:

- Copy the 3 files kindly donated by deleonju into /private/var/root/Library/Lockdown
- Copy the certificate key from data_ark.plist into /private/var/root/Library/Lockdown/Activation_records/XXX.plist
- Reboot!

I used IPHUC which comes with iFuntasic 2.5.

/Applications/iFuntastic.app/Contents/PhoneTools/iphuc

Use iFuntastic to jailbrake first, then follow the instructions at:

Use getfile and putfile to transfer files to/from your phone.

Sorry i probably should have mentioned i was on Mac not Windows

If you have the 1.0 Firmware, you can probably use iPhoneInterface. IPHUC replaced iPhoneInterface.

There is a Windows version at:

http://hacktheiphone.com/iphone_downloads.html

You'll still need to jailbrake the phone.
