Does anyone know what the status is with x-rated games and apps for j-bkn phones? I heards there are potential legal issues for people who will post such apps, I read something about foreign jurisdictions to which you inadvertantly have exposure where you are automatically breaking the law... I mean what about internet porn?

I am not pro porn per se, but I have an app which is fun but def not suitable for AppStore. I am just trying to find a way to put it out there. Ideally I would like to make a few bucks with it since I actually invested money into development of it. But at the end of the day, if I can't collect anything on it, I will post it and make it a free app on cydia... any thoughts?

Release a scaled down version off it on Cydia to see if it gets popular.
If it does then you can think of charging for it.
People have paid apps on Cydia too.
