Not really. You can use WinSCP or something like that.

And after you install ssh to your iPhone, there seems no need for me to chmod anything at all. When I have uploaded the Apps or Games, it works perfectly, at least for me, it is.

Ups, a little to late ...

I used WinSCP to put iTetris on, but when I try to run it all i get is a black screen and just quits after 10 to 15sec. I must be doing something wrong.
