Because using the App Installer is way easier and you don't have to have an ssh server running on yout iPhone.

thanks. so is that mean if i am happy with using SSH server way to install my apps, it is not neccesary to have AppsInstaller, right?!

Yes, except... it seems some software isn't available any but AppInstaller.
