Or you can just type a command in mobileterminal or termvt
To set verbose mode: nvram boot-args="-v"
To go back to normal mode: nvram boot-args=

Is that normal that it says lots of file not found like mach.init.d

I thought i fuked up mah fone again too.. i see those "errors" too but i guess its just normal.. part of the bootin process; nothin bad happens.
