i used independence to activate my phone. for some reason after i had sucessfully loaded some ringtones and wallpapers and then summerboard using apptapp, i ran into a problem. after i changed the theme in summerboard and did a reset. i found i was no longer able to add anymore apps and i get this message when after reading another post i tried to jailbreak again: independence gave me this reply: failure error entering recovery mode

any ideas?
