Two Questions...

1. How do you create a SummerBoard theme? I googled it but the instructions were not clear...

2. How do you create an xml file to point to ringtones, themes, wallpapers, etc. that you have available and then make it a source for people to download your stuff from Installer/AppTapp. I've seen this done before but I didn't quite understand how to do it
