Updates to the tool chain for aspen have been applied, instructions can be found here: http://www.zdziarski.com. This is sill in alpha, but so far works quite well, using the existing low-level frameworks (e.g. existing code should run with little or no code changes).

How would i go in the last step which is to connect mah fon usin ssh if i dont have wi-fi?
I know how to get stuff in n out of it, but which files are needed for the toolchain to run corrently?
I wanna do it "manually" ...so which files n folders r needed?
