See this is from previous build i could just open in note pad edit and copy over to phone. how do i this with new build

just lookup your country by the code like de for Germany. thats where the strings are in case of Germany "any" is set. it is different now, all set in plist and related files. seems to be more efficient.

ok so do i need to edit at all now? one more thing what all do i copy over to the phone now? just everthing in the 114 folder or any in addition to that?

check the readme. just copy the complete stuff, reboot the iPhone and your are set.
